If the order has already been shipped, the customer will need to wait until they receive it and after receiving shipment customer has to make an unboxing video of the shipment as an proof if he/she got any wrong, damage or missing products, if customer will not providing proper clear unboxing video then the HerbHind Pharma Company shall not be liable for any claim regarding the wrong, damage or missing products and without sufficient unboxing video of the shipment it will count out of HerbHind Pharma Company’s return policy.
